Mr. N Ramalingam is the promoter of the Group. He has over 3 decades of extensive experience in the business of executing multifold engineering & construction contracts. He is actively involved in group's overall business development & implementation of the project.
As a first-generation entrepreneur, he has envisioned his dream, building Group's technical capability to execute the projects in time bound manner leading to a strong brand evident from repeat business from majority clients.
A passionate entrepreneur, Chandra has built many businesses from ground up growing these to leadership positions in their respective industries. Starting out in life after his graduation in Civil Engineering as a site engineer, Chandra steered his family infrastructure business and grew the business multi-fold within a decade executing many landmark projects and setting the base for powering growth of the business. Spotting an opportunity in the area of energy management, he then launched Nsure into the fledging area of smart metering where the company is a pioneer. Chandra is driven by his passion to contribute in a positive manner to society transforming lives and communities for the better. It is this vision of transformation that motivated Nsure to enter the field of energy storage with advanced chemistries that would serve the needs of the nation and consumers in the future. It is this same vision that has guided strategic investments in allied areas of pack-building/ design and research into next generation technologies to keep Nsure at the forefront.

Mrs. Tamilselvi aged about 52 years is the whole-time director of M/s Ramalingam Construction Company Pvt. Ltd. She has a total work experience of over 25 years responsible for administration and management of finance & accounts of M/s RCCPL.
He is the son of Mr. Ramalingam & has experience of 8 years in executing engineering & construction projects. He has pursued B. Tech Civil Engineering and is closely involved in execution of projects in the state of Tamil Nadu.
